LICAS.news posted up an excerpt from "Who Are China's Walking Dead?" written by Kay Rubacek on the Chinese communist party's sparrow-cide, a chapter from the book that covers one of the worst environmental disasters in history that caused over 45 million Chinese citizens to die of starvation because of a war they waged on a little brown bird.
