Some people might say that something really isn’t news until it’s written in the New York Times… Whether that’s true or not, it’s still rather significant that the New York Times recently published three articles about organ harvesting in China.
Most significantly, the articles paid attention to the evidence that prisoners of conscience, mostly practitioners of Falun Gong, are the main target of the abuse. This fact has been the most underreported of media attention and the medical community, who is yet to differentiate between organ transplants from executed criminal prisoners and prisoners of conscience.
